During this time, we noticed the challenges posed by Malaysia’s climate, particularly issues such as door swelling when exposed to moisture and the growth of fungus. These issues revealed the limitations of conventional plywood when used for door panel in Malaysia, especially in environments with high humidity and frequent exposure to moisture.
Determined to address these issues, we conducted extensive research to develop a more suitable solution. The result was the creation of Rtree Water Resistant Board (HDMR), a product that meets high-density and V313 water-resistant standards, which even passed a 100-hour swelling test. This innovative board was designed to replace conventional plywood (MDF, HDF, HMR), offering enhanced durability and performance tailored to the Malaysian climate.
